Western Massachusetts Families in 1790

Helen Schatvet Ullmann, CG, FASG, Editor
This study project addresses families enumerated in the 1790 census for Berkshire and Hampshire Counties (and from which Franklin and Hampden Counties were later formed). In 1790 this part of Massachusetts was a crossroads for New England families heading west into New York or beyond, or north into Vermont.
